Robert A. Wasielewski is a principle consultant for Group "W" Consulting, LLC, located n Traverse City, MI. In this role, he works with the senior management teams of client organizations to define business strategies and tactics that achieve management's vision for the future. He has a Masters Degree in Education/Instructional Technology Systems Design and a Bachelors Degree in Mass Communications.

His has dedicated his professional career to helping management develop effective, yet practical ways to improve individual and organizational performance. His is know for making sense out of confusion and helping others stay focused on what matters. His able to explain complex ideas so that others understand their relevance and how they can apply them. He has developed numerous effective business models to implement new programs and processes through a wide array of client companies.

Key areas Robert provides focus include organizational performance improvement, organizational and marketing communications and training. His most recent work focuses on Customer Relationship Marketing (CRM) and Audience-of-One (Ao1) marketing that integrates technology with message to ensure the right information gets to the right audience at the right time in a cost-effective manner.

Group "W" Consulting, LLC, was launched following almost 20 years experience with Sandy Corporation, one of the automotive industry's leading consulting, communications and training firms. As a Vice President at Sandy Corporations, Robert was responsible for the development of strategic and tactical plans for almost every major automotive company currently doing business in North America, as well as numerous non-automotive clients.

Robert has held a variety of positions in his professional career, all of which have added to his consulting repertoire. These positions include senior writer, instructional systems designer, film/video producer and director, executive speechwriter, project manager and creative director. He holds an undergraduate degree in Mass Communications and graduate degree in Instructional Technology and Systems Design.

He is author of Training Development Standards, a test used throughout General Motors in the creations of professional training programs and processes.
